We’ve produced some more steel guitar fretboards, this time in the Stringmaster style. Once again they are screen printed onto anodised aluminium. We have tried to get them as close as possible to the originals, using a genuine 24.5″ scale Stringmaster fretboard as a template.
They differ only in length – genuine Stringmaster fretboards are 1/8″ shorter than full length to allow them to fit under the barrel bridges. By making them full length we figured they would appeal to people wanting them for projects that don’t use a barrel bridge, and of course if you need them geniune Stringmaster length it is easy enough to take off 1/8″ from the nut end.
